Another cat amigurumi pattern! A friend asked if  I could make her an amigurumi that would resemble her cat Achilles! 
MATERIALS:

• Mustard, white, pink and brown acrylic yarn
• 3 mm crochet hook 
• Yarn needle
• Black embroidery floss 
• Safety eyes 
• Fibrefill
• Stitch marker (optional)

HEAD:

Start with mustard yarn:

R1: Ch 2 then make 6 sc in second ch from hook (6)

R2: 2 sc in each stitch around (12)

R3: 1 sc , 2 sc in next stitch, repeat 6 times (18)

R4: 2 sc, 2 sc in next stitch, repeat 6 times (24)

R5: 3 sc, 2 sc in next stitch, repeat 6 times (30)

R6: 4 sc, 2 sc in next stitch, repeat 6 times (36)

R7: 5 sc, 2 sc in next stitch, repeat 6 times (42)

R8-12: sc around (42)

R13: 1 dec, 5 sc, repeat 6 times (36)

R14: 1 dec, 4 sc, repeat 6 times (30)

R15: 1 dec, 3 sc, repeat 6 times (24)

Attach the safety eyes. Begin to stuff your head.

R16: 1 dec, 2 sc, repeat 6 times (18)

Continue to stuff.

R17: 1 dec, 1 sc, repeat 6 times (12)

R 18: 6 dec (6)

Fasten off and weave in ends.

CHEEKS x2:

With white:

R1: Ch 2 then make 6 sc in second ch from hook (6)

R2: 1 sc , 2 sc in next stitch, repeat 6 times (9)

R3: sc around (9)

Fasten off and weave in ends.

Attach to bottom of head.

EARSx2:

With mustard:

R1: Ch 2 then make 4 sc in second ch from hook (4)

R2: 2 sc in each stitch around (8)

R3: 3 sc, 2 sc in next stitch, repeat 2 times (10)

R4: 4 sc, 2 sc in next stitch, repeat 2 times (12)

R4: 5 sc, 2 sc in next stitch, repeat 2 times (14)

Fasten off and weave in ends.

Attach to head.

NOSE:

With pink:

R1: Ch 2 then make 6 sc in second ch from hook (6)

R2: sc around (6)

Fasten off and weave in ends.

Attach above of cheeks.

BODY:

With white:

R1: Ch 7 then sc in 2nd chain from hook until the end. Do not turn but continue to sc at the bottom part of your starting chain. (12)

R2: 2 sc in first stitch, 1sc in next 3 stitches, 2 sc in next stitch, 2 sc in next stitch, 2 sc in next stitch, 1sc in next 3 stitches, 2 sc in next, 2 sc in next (18)

R3: 2sc in first stitch , 1 sc in next 4 stitches, 2sc in next, 1 sc in next stitch, 2sc in next stitch, 1 sc in next stitch, 2 sc in next stitch, 1 sc in next 4 stitches,  2sc in next, 1 sc in next stitch, 2sc in next stitch, 1 sc in next stitch (24)

R4: 2sc in first stitch , 1 sc in next 5 stitches, 2sc in next, 1 sc in next 2 stitches , 2sc in next stitch, 2 sc in next 2 stitches, 2 sc in next stitch, 1 sc in next 5 stitches,  2sc in next, 1 sc in next 2 stitches, 2sc in next stitch, 1 sc in next 2 stitches (30)

Chang to mustard:

R5-8: sc around (30)

Begin to stuff your body.

R9: 1 dec, 3 sc, repeat 6 times (24)

R10: sc around (24)

R11: 1 dec, 2 sc, repeat 6 times (18)

Continue to stuff.

R12: 1 dec, 1 sc, repeat 6 times (12)

R 13: 6 dec (6)

Fasten off and weave in ends.

ARMS:(make 2) 

With white:

R1: Ch 2, 5 sc in second ch from hook. (5)

R2: 2 sc in each sc around. (10)

Change to mustard at R4

R3-7: sc around (10) 

R8: 8 sc , 1 dec (9)

R9-11: sc around (9)  

Stuff the arms, sew open end together and attach to point where head meets the body.

LEGS:(make 2)  

With white:

R1: Ch 2, 6 sc in second ch from hook. (6)

R2: 2 sc in each sc around. (12)

R3-4:  sc around (12)

Change to mustard

R5: 5 sc , 1 dec  repeat once (10)

R6-11: sc around (10)  

Stuff the legs, sew open end together and attach to bottom of body.

TAIL:

Using white:

R1: Ch 2 then make 6 sc in second ch from hook (6)

Change to mustard at R4

R2-15: sc around (6)

Fasten off and weave in ends.

Attach to body.

WHISKERS:

Cut some embroidery floss and sew on top of cheeks.
